Christmas Card Photo Shoot!

For those of you that remember the pictures of last year's photo shoot...this one was a BREEZE! Abby still is a little puffy from her rash, but they were asking to do it. I wasn't going to discourage it! Abby INSISTED on wearing the princess necklace that Auntie Amy gave her.

Decorating the Christmas Tree!

During Thanksgiving, Ryan had a fever over 103. As soon as he was able to stand and function, he wanted to put up the tree. Needless to say, many ornaments are stacked around the bottom of the tree. :)

Abby's Birthday!

Abby's birthday was at Bounce U again this year. What a great place!! They take care of EVERYTHING! Plus, the parents of the party-goers enjoy competing against eachother in the obstacle course!

Fall 2009

I know that these pictures are a little late :)! However, the Guerrette family has had a very fun fall! From parades to apple picking to Ryan's soccer, we have kept ourselves very busy!!!

NASCAR

Ryan's latest obsession is NASCAR. Thanks to Grampy's connections, we were able to get tickets to the New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the big race this weekend. Jess and Abby had a girls' day at home, and I took Ryan to the race.

We got there super early because I was scared to death of the traffic - I've never been to the track myself but have heard horror stories. We had time to scope out the scene, check out our seats, and hit the merchandise stands. For obvious reasons, Ryan's favorite car is the one sponsored by M&M's.





Then we headed back to the car to kill time before the race with a wild tailgate party.




Finally, it was race time. It had already been a long day, so Ryan only lasted 90 laps, but that was okay by me because it meant we left early and avoided the post-race traffic jam.




One more thing: I know nothing about NASCAR, and nobody told me that the driver of the M&M car isn't particularly well-liked by "real" racing fans. During the pre-race introductions of the 43 drivers, the M&M car's driver was one of only two who got roundly booed. Oops.

Ryan's on Two Wheels

Another milestone. Ryan got rid of his training wheels...



...but Abby was too busy eating ice cream to notice.

Ryan's First Day of Pre-School

I just dropped Ryan off for his first day of Pre-school. I'm not sure if you can tell by the picture, but he was not excited about it at all....


(Kidding, of course. Once we got there, he couldn't wait for me to leave so he could go play with his friends.)

Fun at Claires

This is great when you have 6ft+ young men around to help him up there. He doesn't understand, however, that his father and I are not nearly tall enough for us to do this :)

"Princess Camp"

Parker has been at Dinosaur Camp this week and SoSo was a little jealous. Amy decided to have a Princess Camp for Abby and Soso. Abby had a BLAST. She talked about it ALL day. She stayed all by herself; I just dropped her off and picked her up.

One of Amy's activities was decorating this crown. It is too cute!

Okay, I am SHOCKED that she is coloring with her right hand...She always uses her left. :)

I can't get enough of her in this princess dress. Santa brought it last Christmas but she hasn't really worn it. Now, she LOVES it.
